What exactly is changing?
Secuni is a dba of Dynamic Security LLC, which remains our corporate entity. We are now operating publicly only under the name Secuni.
Does the company have the same owners?
Yes.
Is the company doing anything differently?
We will continue to design, install, and maintain security systems for private- and public-sector enterprises. With the growing demand for outsourced management of enterprise-grade security systems, we will continue to expand our managed services business unit. And we will continue to expand the capabilities of those security systems, helping you solve safety and operational challenges.
Is there anything I should do differently?
Over the next few weeks, please update your address books to reflect our new domain name. Email sent to *@dynamicsec.com will continue to be delivered, but we are now using *@secuni.com email addresses.
What do my accounting colleagues need to know?
We will continue to conduct financial matters as Dynamic Security LLC. Our AR and AP team members will call your accounting colleagues well in advance of the day when changes are needed.

Secuni Announces Name Change From Dynamic Security
Edison NJ — Secuni, a security technology integrator and services company, announced that it has changed its name from Dynamic Security LLC to Secuni. The company began operating under the Secuni name on August 10, 2023.
The name change reflects the company’s expansion beyond security technology integration, to include managed services and the unification of systems that solve a company’s security, safety, and operational requirements.
“As our company has grown along with the power of security and cloud technologies, we have met our clients’ desires for creative solutions that extend their security systems’ capacity for workplace safety, facility-wide communications, and data-driven operational insights,” said Barton Kartoz, General Manager of Secuni. “This rebranding is rooted in the company’s continuing commitment to meet this broadening range of client requirements, from project delivery to managed services.”
Secuni’s open-architecture focus and engineer-driven design/build approach has powered the company’s expansion among large global enterprises, heavy industrial firms, and schools. The company has experienced 20%+ annual growth since 2020, and opened branch offices in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
