About the Job

Supports the entire company on the proper use of its Q360 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system; provides global support of the ERP system components including troubleshooting and user training; ensure proper operations of all accounts payable operations & functionalities, including, but not limited to recording and confirming the receipt of goods, and making remittance to vendors and bill collection using QuickBooks; develops, modifies, enhances, and implements ERP components designed to support new or existing business initiatives; develops reports based on specific business requirements; trains new and existing users on best practices in using our ERP solutions; uses Lenel S2 to create monitors and alerts to highlight hardware and application issues; and maintains risk log records with information such as triggers, probability, impact, mitigation, owner, etc. with attention to prevention and correction of problems and follow through to completion.

Education/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. Must have 2 years of post-Bachelor’s experience using Lenel S2 to create monitors and alerts to highlight hardware and application issues and maintain the risk log records with information such as triggers, probability, impact, mitigation, owner; of which one (1) year of experience must include using QuickBooks; and maintaining and enhancing Q360 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
